Price Beat Guarantee

We want you to get the best value possible. If a local competitor offers a lower price on the same repair, we will beat it by 10 percent.

To claim a price beat, just show us a valid screenshot or message from a local competitor with their quoted price when you check your device in. Once we confirm the details, we will take 10 percent off their total.

Examples
• If a competitor charges $49, your price becomes $44.10.
• If they charge $200, your price becomes $180.

Eligible Repairs
Repairs must meet all of the following:
• Same device model and repair type
• Same quality of parts (for example, aftermarket vs aftermarket)
• Competitor has the repair or part in stock (some exceptions may apply)
• Competitor is a local business

Not Eligible
The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:
• Special-order parts or repairs (some exceptions may apply)
• Jobs already started or completed
• Genuine Samsung repairs

We are the only Samsung Authorised Service Centre in North Queensland, so genuine manufacturer repairs cannot be compared to aftermarket services.

If a price beat is not possible for your repair type, we may still be able to offer a price match. Price matches are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.
