Every repair undergoes extensive before/after testing covering 80-140 functions (dependent on the repair type) including Water Resistance Testing exclusive to Authorised Service Centres.

Only Samsung Authorised Service Centres have access to Samsung's internal diagnostics systems to provide the most accurate and up-to-date processes for every repair.

Our local Technicians undergo extensive training with Samsung Engineers prior to certification - We have direct access to Samsung Engineering and Upper Management teams for fast and simple processing of complex repairs. We have access to Samsung's entire Service Database that contains the collective knowledge of all data collected from repairs globally.

In most cases the Manufacturer's warranty guarantee covers you for 24-months (check your proof of purchase or user manual).

For out-of-warranty claims (such as physical damage): Only Samsung Authorised Service Centres can provide repairs (for physical damage) to factory specification and reinstate your Manufacturer's warranty.

For in-warranty claims: Only Samsung Authorised Service Centres are certified to perform inspections and repairs on behalf of Samsung.
